The low friction hollow rotor is manufactured in a unique process at BSA works and is absolutely break-proof.  Tough tool steel and a consistent wall thickness of 8mm prevent heat accumulation and stress cracks.  The special coating applied makes for a tough and smooth surface.  This process also ensures a longer life of the stator rubber due to the smooth rotor surface causing less abrasion.  The light weight of the hollow rotor guarantees consistent smooth running in all speed ranges.

- Abrasion-resistant, hardened low friction hollow rotor made of tough tool steel .

- Non-swelling stator made of made of special rubber compound.

- Driveshaft with oil bath bearing and slide ring seal.

- Permanently lubricated Cardan joints beneath wear-free, highly tear-resistant
