Tramspread Applicators

Single Output Applicator with 3-point linkage mounting – incorporating manual valve, rear swinging arm, to suit small low throughput. System spread width approximately 8m.

Landlink Applicator with 3-point linkage mounted hydraulic folding boom, incorporating single or twin hydraulic sluice valve and rear mounted swinging arm. Spread width approximately 10m.

Umbilical Applicators

Tramspread 12m, 18m and 20m spread widths, twin spread nozzles, galvanised hydraulic folding booms mounted on a heavy duty 3-point linkage frame (incorporating female ‘A’ frame) complete with twin 6” hydraulic sluice valves and front mounted swinging arm, which allows controlled application of field headlands. This can also be supplied as a combination applicator, i.e. 12m twin nozzle spread/6m dribble bar, 18m twin nozzle spread/7m dribble bar and 20m twin nozzle spread/7m dribble bar.

Tramspread 24m spread width three spread nozzle galvanised part manual part hydraulic folding boom mounted on a heavy duty 3-point linkage frame (incorporating female ‘A’ frame) complete with twin 6” hydraulic sluice valves and front mounted swinging arm, which allows controlled application of field headlands. This can also be supplied as a combination applicator, i.e. 24m three nozzle spread/12m dribble bar.

Tramspread Dribble Bars

Tramspread 6m and 7m Dribble Bars - galvanised, hydraulic folding mounted on a heavy duty 3-point linkage frame (incorporating female ‘A’ frame) complete with twin 6” hydraulic sluice valves and front mounted swinging arm.  This can also be supplied as a combination applicator, i.e. 6m dribble bar/12m twin nozzle spread, 7m dribble bar/18m twin nozzle spread and 7m dribble bar/20m twin nozzle spread.

The Tramspread 6m Dribble Bar with Macerator (for umbilical use) is mounted on a heavy duty 3-point linkage frame incorporating female Q-fit A with front mounted swinging arm.  It has hydraulic folding galvanised boom with 18 dribble outlets spaced at 33cm, a scalper macerator with 4" manual flow adjusting valve and the facility to change from dribble bar to twin outlet 12m spread.  The hydraulic requirements are 2 x DA - 1 x FR, with a flow rate of up to 132 cubic metres per hour.

The Tramspread 6m Dribble Bar with macerator (for use with slurry tanker) is mounted by a 4-point fixing to the slurry tanker and a 6" tank outlet.  It has hydraulic folding galvanised boom with 18 dribble outlets spaced at 33cm, a scalper macerator with 4" manual flow adjusting valve and the facility to change from dribble bar to twin outlet 12m spread.  The hydraulic requirements are 2 x DA - 1 x FR.

Adding a flow meter is an option with all Tramspread Applicators
